Our money back guarantee ensures you get the item you paid for or your money back. If your item is lost or damaged, you'll receive a full refund with no pressure to return items received.

Returns

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at sales@bluemoonpup.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions about returns, please contact sales@bluemoonpup.com.

 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately at sales@bluemoonpup.com if you notice your item arrived damaged, providing a number of images. You'll receive a full refund when your claim is accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately there are no returns on gift cards. 

 

Refunds 

If your refund is accepted, you'll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
